Due Diligence is routinely applied to financial and legal aspects of corporate activity but rarely, if at all, is it extended to marketing. Our Marketing Due Diligence service examines the assets and liabilities represented by the marketing functions within a business.
The purpose of this is to provide a snapshot that sets out the status of customer marketing and management. From this, companies can determine areas for development and can allocate resources in line with requirements in order to maximise the return on customer investment.
