Prudential
We assisted with a project to determine how the Prudential could better support key IFA clients. The project was conducted through interviews with senior personnel in major IFA groups. This sought to understand the current nature of trading relationships and establish preferences across a range of service options. Recommendations were subsequently made by the Project leaders, which focused on appropriate support measures and organizational adjustments.
