About Affinityworks
Recognising the challenges that the field of Customer Marketing and Management can present, Affinityworks was established by Ross Macleod in 2001 to help organisations co-ordinate business skills and resources for profitable customer management. Drawing on working experience as well as research work in the customer relationship ( CRM ) management field, the core services offered by Affinityworks reflect their belief in realistic, viable solutions.
Ross
Macleod has over 16 years business development, marketing and line
management experience, working at senior level for both plcs and private
companies, including General Accident (now Aviva) and the Saga Group. He
has researched, launched and successfully managed a broad range of financial
and retail services from insurance to home shopping, giving him a broad
insight into the characteristics of Marketing and Customer Management. Ross has provided 7 years' project and consultancy support to AXA Sun Life, Scottish
Equitable, Standard Life, Dewar's, Whyte and Mackay, ScotAsh, The Environment
Exchange and a variety of other organizations and public bodies. He also
holds an MA and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University
of Edinburgh Management School.
